Founders' Book Now Available for Order

By Kim Hendler, Executive Director

Order your copy of Shared Effort, Shared Values: Princeton Project 55 -- The Founders now.

After a year of hard work by founders and a committee of editors and publishers, Princeton Project 55’s book of stories on PP55’s founders, is now available for order.

The book contains 34 essays by individuals involved in the formative years of the Project -- as Board members, program leaders, other volunteers, and paid staff members as well as essays on the founding of Project 55 and where the organization is today.

The reflections of the founders highlight an unprecedented concept and idea that came together and developed into a tremendous impact on the common good for almost 20 years and counting.

One example is from Win Atkins’ ’55essay: “…I thought again about the importance of groups like PP55 and the early issues of systemic change, multiplier effect, the mustard seed concept, the study-action teams, and passionate leaders. I left with the strong hope that these would continue to guide its efforts in the years ahead in tackling significant problems, charting new directions, and helping to find new solutions.”
